Hey guys,

As I get ready to shoot a new short film this weekend, I thought it would be interesting to see what the Braxtanfilm community thinks of the short I made over the summer. I made it as part of a Northwestern University film program, had 8 hours to shoot, and I think I created something worth sharing.

So, please watch and give me some feedback before I jump into my newest project. Thanks!

Demonology 101
Harvey routinely slacks off, and expects Demonology 101 to be the easiest class of his life. But when he learns his professor is actually a demon, he runs the risk of losing his soul.
Runtime: 5:00
I don't remember exactly the kind of cameras we used to film, but they were some heavy duty Panasonics shooting on DVCPro

For anyone who's been to NU, this was shot in room 112 of University Hall, and exteriors were filmed outside Annie May Swift Hall

I wasn’t expecting it to be that good. It pretty much covered all of the bases, good picture quality, good acting, good editing, and a well thought out plot. Let me guess, you sold your soul to get mad filming skills?

Hahaha not quite! My advisor on the project is a genius and was pushing me every step of the way. For example, the original cut of the movie was 5:30 before I added the credits. He pushed me to skim it down, little by little, until it was 5:00 and I couldn't imagine it any other way now.

Thanks for watching! Cheesy
