Good review, but I had to laugh at the last part.

No amount of "positive attention" will land RotGB a wiki article.  Hank has made their list and has been banned from encyclopedia internets.

Erine Hudson himself called hank and RotGB was put in the new GB videogame...surely that alone would gain an entry.

Not to mention the dozen or so online and print articles that have been made regarding the film.

It's interesting to note that not only is ROTGB deleted from wikipedia, but it's also "Salted", which means it has a title ban that only an administrator can approve for entry to wikipedia.

The administrators take their "position" way too seriously.

You have two cows. You replace one with a better cow, but then an administrator bans you for "vandalism" because the original cow used to be his.

I tend to regard Wikipedia as a bit of a joke. I mean, whenever someone asks me where I get my information, I say "Wikipedia", and then they double over guffawing for at least five minutes... giving me plenty of time to go through their wallets.

Come to think of it, IMDb isn't too far behind either as far as power-hungry admins go.

Interesting enough, Christmas day was when I got banned. I deleted the entire Wikipedia page (...or rather Wikipedia's page about itself) and replaced it with the same 'Two cows' joke I posted earlier. The admins never rest...they're like zombies.
