Did I ever say she didn't do stupid shit? No.
However she did beat the Incumbent Republican Governor in the primary and did get elected as Governor. Plus she was extremely popular and continues to be so in Alaska. (Albeit nowhere else)
And I don't think she got all that by just being Pretty and smiling a lot and being a "complete fucking retard".
