This was more of a home video that I made look artsy fartsy. The lip syncing was so freaking difficult because the talent only would do so many takes before getting frustrated so I just worked with what I had and came out with this. Nothing special just thought id share with you all.

So i need some help figuring out why my video looks like its having interlacing problems on vimeo. I feel like it's encoding it that way, because the normal file looks just fine. Thoughts, opinions, suggestions, love notes? (i'm editing with HDV)

Here's my thoughts, I thought it was good attempt on your behalf, though seemed like you were following her with the camera rather than telling her where to move and when to, kind of improv' by the artist and you were trying to keep up. I think she should have been a bit more passionate in the video like in the song, seems like she's mumbling even when it gets to the high parts. Apart from the slight out of sync in the beginning it did make up for it in the end. I think Hank or any other film maker can give a better opinion, I know nothing about directing so my criticism should be taken with a pinch of salt Smiley

There are times when you just have to stop and tell them sorry this isn't working and then wrap.
This is easier said than done, but there is no point putting 100% into a 50% relationship.
It definitely shows in the video.
