I want this:

as my display picture but don't know how to get a custom one.

Question #2

I want to get a ROTGB Lego web site up but don't know a FREE easy to make web site maker.

Use freewebs.com
Kind of hard for me to mention being a web designer... but It's free and easy to use. Perfect for a newb at websites.

Even if you can do a little desing, some photoshop or really anything you can take a simple thing like freewebs and spruce it up. Thats what we do at White Tiger Filmz.
