Are you talking about the X mask. The reason I won't use that is 1. It slips of your face 2. it blends in with the undermask 3. it's heavy as fuck and 4. It was designed to be displayed not to be worn meaning inside there is no place to put your nose the nose is filled in.

Ya know, if you do some weathering to the first hockey mask, it'll look pretty damn spiffy. The third mask looks too mishapen and the second one (as you said) blends in too much with the face mask.
