Nope, but there could be...

I know there is a version of it somewhere on the net, I've heard people talking about their Quicktime version, but alas.  I was just making a mac friendly disk from the get go, but it shouldn't be to hard for the recipient to download and install Divx media player.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Mega Dittos on that one!

Yeah, but keep in mind those movies weren't made by her Son.

Watched it for the first time yesterday . . . . . . . . OH MY GOD!!!

Hank, you're making Hollywood look bad! They're gonna "hit" you bro!
My first film will be about Hollywoods cover-up of your assassination!

Hope I don't upset Hank with this part of the post but Hank he needs $75,000 to make an original film that he can make money from. I'm all for investing in it (we all know Hank's talented so investing in him isn't exactly risky) but I only have $2,000 right now (though I'm now motivated to get a job).

I say say we all save up as much cash as we can, wait 'til it's an amout Hank thinks he can work with then hand it over. I'm sure he'll be happy with the paper work if it means he gets to make a movie.

Try not to flame me too hard, you guys donated $3,000 for free - I'm talking about giving mony to get morer money back in the long term. I don't know about you, but I'm more than ready.

Hmmm...what IF the forum actually came together and raised 75K?  That would be newsworthy in its own right.

The thing is, you're not DONATING the money, you're INVESTING it.  Which means, there's a chance you'll get your money back with interest.

How much interest is there around here for this?  Maybe we should start a campaign...

One 75th is cool - I've got 2 75th that's $3,000 right away - I don't mean to treat Hank like a hooker but I know I can make alot a money off of him Smiley

How about investors and simple smaller credits sales - anything under $100 is a credit anythin over is free shit and premiere tickets $1,000 plus is cash back off the back end!

OR
$1 to $999 - this will get you twice your money back on sale of the film
$1,000 - this will get you 1% of what the film makes on Hanks end - invest $1,500 get 1.5% of profits

If 74 people invest with $1,000 (me with $2,000) that leaves the other 25% of the cash for Hank & Co. all of which they can use to self-finance their follow-up (hoopefully I'll be allowed to invest in that one too Smiley )

That's a GREAT deal for investors - if I had my £10,000 ($20,000) inheritence now I'd put it all in no question (my grandma is still alive and I want to keep it that way as long as possible)

I'm in anyway - maybe see should start a fresh thread for this and it get mores notice.

DON'T FORGET - you can buy things from www.cafepress.com/braxtanfilmshop - the money can help towards productions and you get a shirt, a hat, a mug ect... and your name in the thanks section!

Depending on when this all starts, I might be able to put forward some dough. The trick is that I need to get my own flick sold to a distributor- which naturally would leave me with cash to play with. Takes money to make money... Smiley

I just watched Return of the Ghostbusters, and well what can i say....it was bloody fantastic!

As an aspiring filmmaker myself it's pretty inspirational that this was made, and made so well with such great script, actors, props, locations and those special effects were phenomenal.

I think it's awesome that such a big project has became a massive success. Hank is very talented and although i love what he did with the Ghostbusters and would love to see more of them, he could definately go on to bigger things with his own creations.

Thanks, man--we all appreciate the compliments.  The reason we made this film is for people to enjoy, and it's nice to see that it still happens.

As for original creations--we're working on a couple things.  I'll make an announcement soon, but it's kind of top secret for the time being.  Keep checking in!
