SCREAM had people on the other side of the road who we're even extras and that was released in theaters.

NOTICE OF FILMING. By entering these premises you agree to have your photo, image, voice and/or likeness recorded and used in a manner seen fit by the producers of this film.

Problem solved

Hell Paris Hilton had a porno out without her permission.

Unlikely that it was with out her permission. Besides the camera belonged to the dude, she was fully aware that she was being filmed. In private matters particularly non-professional aspects, legalities such as release rights don't do anything. Unless, the camera was hers and he stole it and released it, then she would have a case. However, it was not.

Yes she gave permission to be filmed but not for it to be released which is why she took the guy and distribution company to court for releasing it illegally.

If you're a distribution company and you get your hands on something like Paris Hilton sucking cock you don't mind getting sued 'cos you know sales are gonna be huge.

She was even arrested for stealing a copy of the dvd from a newspaper vender, she saw it didn't like it grabbed it and walked off with it.

but she lost. She never got anything from him.

Quote
Some say she did and took $40,000 from him on in an out of court settlement. but Paris denies she ever took any money for the tape from him.

Yup! That's true. But they will try their best not to use anyone who are not extras.  But accidents do happen.

THIS FILM HAS NOT YET BEEN RATED: A documentry where a guy goes on a mission to find out all the true identies of the people who rate movies for Hollywood. Their identity is supposed to be kept secret to keep them from being comprimised, and they complained, but WITHOUT their permission, the film was still released!

It's a law today ignored!
