How is it stealing? All of braxtan's films are on the site for FREE download. And do to the fact that he's using copyrighted characters, he can't sell it for a profit. So he could burn it to a disc I suppose.

You'll need a program for it.  Try Ulead DVD movie factory 2.  It will let you burn .wmv files to a SuperVCD, which should function like a DVD.
