I'm so tired of being ripped off by other sites.

It's happened to me more than a few times.  Webwhores such as ebaum's world and other sites that steal content in order to get traffic.  It's not bad enough that they steal videos and post them without permission, but what really chaps my ass, and I mean pisses me off to no end, is when they cut my web banner out of the film and give me absolutely no credit. 

Now does it really hurt to just leave that on there?  Are people really so stupid that they think these websites are coming up with all the content themselves? 

I was browsing the net, and decided to Google Illegal Aliens VS Predator.  I found it on several sites, and more than a few of them had taken my website off the beginning and end.  But none of them are more heinous than these bastards at stupidvideos, who have leeched over 113,000 views off of my work:

If they keep taking down your name and stuff, why not update your videos with a watermark of some kind?

Watermarks suck but that is really the only way you can keep your name on your project.

Yeah that is what I ment.  You have your WWW.BRAXTANFILM.COM lettering in bold white letters...but you have the Opacity set to 20%-30% and it leaves a nice ghostlike image over your video.

Yeah...its in the way...yeah...it takes up the whole screen...but they cannot do much to take that off.  As they can with the other stuff.

I mean it would be funny to bring a camera crew with you and walk up to their right porch and knock.  It would be like an episode of COPS.  But usually what happens when you try to confront people on this they usually ignore you or spam your boards.  I know that a lot of YTMND users spamed the Sega of America boards not too long ago for something that they did. 

It was a real mess...several hundred users logging in every hour to spam the daylights out of board.
