Dude, how come you can't set your goals a little lower?  I mean, try completing a short film with some entertainment value first.  Work your way up.

Comedy central won't even touch me, and I work in the television industry.

He works for the Sci-Fi channel now. That's a step up, cuz when has Comedy Central put out an original movie as awesome as Alien Apocalypse?....Well there's Hebrew Hammer, but I don't think that was intended to be straight to Comedy Central.

Besides, I made a lot when I was 5. It was a daily routuine(spelling?). I made a parody of Little Shop of Horrors,Fighter 1&2, Frogman Double Feature,Vintage Kid 1,2,3,4,Vintage Kid vs Jason, a superman short, and a horror movie parody.

As Hank says, lower your goals.  Doing something simple never hurts but if you keep trying to do elaborate projects that you can't pull off, you will short change yourself big time.  Hey, even Edgarfrog (or whether his name is now) kept it simple when he isn't shelling out concepts for crazy go nut fan films.....

Look, JF12, comedy central isnt even going to take a look in your direction, you cant even decide how old you are let alone make movies. No offence, but it is true... aim a little lower for now. Take time to write a good script, give it to soemone to look over and give their input, then cast, film, edit, and release. See what people think about that movie and take the critism and use it to decide what to and what not to do in the next film you make, you'll learn what the people who watch your movies want and you'll become a better film maker. Don't rip off movies or make parodies of parodies, make an original movie and see what people think of it. It's hard to make a good fan film because fans are expecting it to be something you cant do.
