 and I quote:

Quote
Val Kilmer is reportedly set to sign up to star in a sequel to his 1985 comedy 'Real Genius'.

The 'Tombstone' star recently announced his intentions to take on more comedic roles in the future in a bid to alter his Hollywood image and take his career to a new level.

In the original 80s project Kilmer played Chris Knight, one of two brilliant teenagers who head a team of young geniuses developing a laser for what they believe is a class project and later discover that their professor intends to turn their work over to the government for use as a weapon.

No shooting schedule has been announced.

Of all the movies that don't need sequels (or are too old to have sequels)
While I hate the idea....I'll be first in line to see it

Bojac do you even know what a moral imperative is?

How would making the sequel to a movie have a basis in an ideological compunction to act?

Or maybe I'm not understanding what part of your posting is in question.

If you're refering to yourself hating the idea but then my answer is:
Not having a life isn't a moral imperative it just makes people feel sorry for you.

BTW if you hate the idea you'll (probably) be going against the principal of a moral imperative by seeing the movie.
