As shooting nears completion on "Return of the Ghostbusters", we're going to need help to finish the massive special effects job this movie is going to require.  Donations have been opened again, and you may donate through paypal to go DIRECTLY to special effects.  A minimum of $10 donation means you'll get your name in the credits as an effects donator.  The more you donate, the higher on the list you'll appear.  If you already donated to the budget, this is your chance to get your name in TWO places!  Hooray!

With principle photography finishing up this month, I expect the film should take anywhere from two to six months in post production.  If all goes well, an official trailer will be out in August.

A LOT of CGI.  It's going to take like another four months just to finish the effects.

I could probably give you $20 for it, maybe more.

But first I have to get my check card working again. I just got new checking and saving accounts and new check card because few weeks ago, someone stole my check card number. I think I know how he got my check card number too. I think it was when I paid something on the Internet using my check card and I happen to be in a public area that had several computers there. So he must have been watching me when I was entering my number. I thought no one looking at me.

Anyway, I have to go to my bank and see why my new check card is not working.

You have just received $25.95 from me for this. So I surely do hope the name gets on up there in the credits.

If I give you $27, can I have my name in bold with my location "Southern California"  in there? Or am I asking too much?

Most of it is shot.  We have about 8 locations to wrap in July, and that's it. All the major stuff is shot.

He didn't answer question. I guess I ask too much.

That's ok. I still will donate some money to your movie. Smiley

I do it either tonight or tomorrow.

You ask too much  Tongue

It's to my understanding that the credits will be just that, "credits".  Meaning either name or nickname of people(s) who helped with the movie will be listed on them.  Nothing else.

Using the credits for more then names/ nicknames is more of like a "shoutbox".  And your address, location, and personal comments would be better suited elsewhere.

At least that is what comes to mind when listing credits is concerned.  Hank may say so otherwise...

But you mentioned bolding text in the credits...that is do able.  So is font size and text color.  But those features will cost another $5 per letter.

Tongue

Okay, now I'm BSing stuff...  Cheesy

Nope, this is strictly a bid war.  The highest bidder gets their name at the top!

As soon as my bank account number is confirmed by Paypal, I will donate $27 to your special effects. Just put me down for that amount.

I'm all set up to donate some money (your movies rock and i applaud your efforts in this latest film, so it's really the least i can do).   One question though, why is there a shipping and handling charge of $5.95 when i try to donate??  Not a huge deal, just want to make sure that the money is all going to the special effects and some offshore bank account cool
