Thanks again for hosting, I've now hidden it on my website server (and hope they don't catch me).

So OK I've finished both versions of the theme now.
The vocal version is here:

and the instrumental version can be found here:

Why is it at a slow tempo? Should it be alot more faster?

I think its suppose to be bluesy.

But not as "low" as old, like sad blues.

Well...yes the original is a lot faster, as are practically every other version arranged that I've heard, and I just wanted to play around with it. With the swung bass line, funked up drums and laid back vocals I just wanted it to be a real mix.

My friends at Uni are trying to define what style it is; some say Reggae, some blues, some funk, some even suggest a little jazz in there somewhere! The only certain thing is that none of them agree!

I just liked a unique sound that was as far removed from the New York GBs as possible so that the Denver GBs had their own musical identity.

Thanks! Normally I'm the biggest ever critic of my work but I really think this track works well for what Hank wanted it for. Of course, I would say that Wink

Thread revival huh?

I'm still quite impressed with my final mixes of this song, just wondering whether Hank is reconsidering using it / them in the final film. I hope he doesn't change his mind but he is the boss...

Hm.......that was pretty good, I suppose. I think it was too slow for my personal liking.
But, otherwise it was pretty cool!
