This is a huge task. We want this film to look as good as possible, and much of that will rest on the shoulders of these graphic artists. Experience in Maya or 3D Studio Max preferred, but if you can make a kick ass proton beam, explosion, or ghost with another program, we'd be interested to see it!

I couldn't help you there at all. But might I suggest that maybe some of the Proton Beams be different colors this time. Kinda like Lightsabers.

While I may not be any good at 3d or Post production, if you need design/logo/print/web work, I'm at your command.

I can definately use design work.  In fact, if someone came up with a new GB logo, that would be cool.  Web art or posters are also welcome.

I don't know about the spider/rattlesnake thing...

How new of a logo? Would you want something that looks similer to the old one, or something completly different?

A slight variation of the old one.  Something similar to what they did with the Ghostbusters 2 logo.

If you need a nice logo on the film or somethings here or there, let me know since I may know a few things.  Plus, I'm learning the fun that is Lightwave (a nice 3D program).

Hay Braxtan just a suggestion.. on the movie poster, you should have put a pyramind under the ghostbusters sign instead of buildings.  Seems how its an egyptian god.. I think that would look awsome..

DCU Animated.com is home to a lot of digital artists. I've started asking people there if anyone would be interested in doing some storyboards, conceptual art, or logo designs.

Ask if they'll do CGI, and give them a link to the ROTGB page.

Well, I've posted notices on the About.com Animation forum, and the AWN Forums.

http://forums.awn.com/forumdisplay.php?f=15

Check this link here for reponses to thread I've posted. If anyone else knows of sites with 3D animators, PLEASE start asking around for people interested in the project.

Hank, if you post a step by step tutorial on how to make proton beams, then I may be able to help.

We're making them with CGI this time.  So I won't be doing them...
