I know I'm 3 years late, but were there ever any special features for RotGB released other than the music videos and comic book?

I've already notified Hank about this, but there's some guy on iOffer.com selling 'return' on DVD

the movie is exactly the same, all they did was add more F bombs.

I'm pissed that they even attempted a pg-13 version of the film.

I would have been okay with the pg-13 rating, if they had just left in Mclaine's catch phrase

It has been proven time and time again dropping the rating to reach a more broad audience, does not make a movie successful. I in fact downloaded this movie because I REFUSED to pay for it.

I am glad that Wiesman did alternate takes

Overall, the whole things pisses me off.

Actually, the movie was made as a regular R-rated flick, but Fox decided to tone it down, take out the F-Bombs, and the bullet hits and such to make it more accessible to kids, but I agree McClane's phrase shoulda been left in cuz you can get away with 1 F-Bomb in a PG-13 flick

I just picked up my copy of Die Hard 4 UNRATED yesterday, and I gotta say it's 100% better than the PG-13 cut. Who agrees with me?

Thanks for the heads-up. Got the song. Not the same as the one in ur flick, but it's all in the good.

Anyone know where I can get that Riverseed "Soul 2 Soul" song in mp3 format? Tim Johnson has his "About to Bust" track on his myspace, but I'm lookin for the mp3 of the Riverseed song. Also, anyone know how to get the vids for download, instead of stream on YouTube or whatever?

I agree all around. Maybe a bit too much happening up front, but not as much in the back (like my ex), but other than that, it's a great cover. I found a couple on freecovers.net here's the links to them:

There's also one for Freddy vs. Ghostbusters.

The Producer's Cut is better, but I've bought 4 copies over the years, and the quality on all has sucked. What's the quality on the 5-disc set? Anyone have screenshots?

Well, the guy from Full House didn't take over till later in the series, but I agree that Lorenzo is a much better voice for Venkman. But, as for box sets of RGB on DvD, they're all over eBay, but it's a roll of the dice in terms of getting good quality shows for a good price. The XGB set a good buy, but who knows if it holds true to everything.

The FvsJvsA cover looks cool and all, but if I had to chose, I'd probably rather see it on the big screen. I mean, c'mon you know Ash would whoop the hell outta Freddy and Jason, hands (and chainsaw-hands) down. As for "God closing one window to open another", the GB game, last I checked, is "on-hold". So, who knows what's going on there. There's prototype gameplay footage all over the net now, but who knows if it's legit, or some fan's creation? I mean, if Hank Braxtan can make a flick that has the special effects of Hallywood status, and he's a regular guy like you and me, then who's to say the "gameplay footage" isn't from a fan? Either way, it looks cool as hell.

Dude, honestly? I didn't even show up for the first flick when it came out. When it comes to horror, I have my standards, limited as they may be. Hell, I don't even consider FvsJ a horror flick. Too amusing. My girlfriend at the time didn't even get scared, and the marshmallow man from Ghostbusters scared her. O yea, that's right. Not Gozer, not Zuul, or even Vinz Clortho. Good ol' Stay-Puft got to her. So no, I will not go see FvsJ 2 if they ever make it unless I either lose a bet or I'm payed to do so.
13  BraxtanFILM forum! / Off Topic / Re: Freddy vs. Jason vs. Michael Myers: The Sequel That Shouldn't Be? on: November 13, 2007, 05:27:42 PM
The only reason I say no is cuz anymore, that's all we see is horror sequels that either have the exact same plot for each one (I'm pointing the finger at you, Friday the 13th!!), or they do little to nothing to make its predecessors better, or at the least, even entertaining anymore. Hellraiser's an exception (Hellseeker and Deader rocked out loud). Plus, they wanna bring in a new character. If they did it, they should stick with the idea of Ash from Evil Dead coming in to kick ass, not Michael Myers. If anything, he should cross into Hell and duke it out with the Cenobites. Who wouldn't love that? But there are sequels that should see the light of day, but sadly probably never will......GHOSTBUSTERS 3!! Unless Hank or another fan is payed to make it, we'll probably never see it.

Ok, I read about this a while back, and personally, I think it's a bad idea! I mean, none of these guys can die. Sure, Freddy got his head lopped off, but in the last shot, he winks at us, all gay and such. So, who's with me: JUST SAY NO TO THIS MOVIE!!!
15  BraxtanFILM forum! / "RETURN OF THE GHOSTBUSTERS" / Re: Denver Ghostbusters 3? on: November 13, 2007, 04:37:40 PM
I'm pretty sure Hank did say this is his last fan film, and if it is, what a helluva great way to go out. With all neutrona wands blazing!!
